The restaurant was opened on 13th December 2011. The bistro, just like its dishes, represents a youthful, fresh and plain style. It awaits its guests with bakery products made in its own bakery, sandwiches, coffee specialities, as well as simple, fast and traditional dishes made from locally produced ingredients.
The restaurant section is devoted to traditions, but at the same time it breaks with them. They use fresh ingredients purchased from local artisan producers. The dishes are made with old recipes, but with the most advanced technology. Although its kitchen relies mostly on traditional Hungarian recipes it is also strongly influenced by French cuisine. The bar serves as many as 80 kinds of wine.
