In Kapca Bistro and Café, the most important thing we always keep in mind is that everything is what it seems.
In order to keep it up to you, we try to make as many things as possible or even produce it.
If we do not have the opportunity to do so, we will look for the best producers available, people who think the same way we do, and try to do the best.
In Szeged’s bistro, we are trying to create a short menu, where seasonality, local ingredients and traditional Hungarian cuisine are emphasized.
We are waiting our dear guests in Alsóváros, in the neighborhood of the cozy Mátyás Square.
