All products are made in their open workshop in Szeged using traditional sourdough methods, long fermentation, additive-free, and often with organic ingredients. The basic French country bread – pain de campagne – is available daily, alongside whole grain breads made from wheat, rye, spelt, einkorn, and kamut.
From 7 a.m., they welcome guests with their crispy la tradition baguette and pastries made with premium French butter: buttery croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes, savory twists, and cruffins.
They regularly offer specialties such as main de Nice, a Southern French bread generously enriched with artisan olive oil, rugbrød, the famous Danish seeded rye bread, and the Portuguese tart, pastel de nata.
For business partners, Emmarozs provides deliveries, breakfasts, and full catering for workshops and presentations with premium sandwiches and desserts.
