Balcony Apartment Szeged is located on Hóbiárt Basa Street, on the 1st floor of a residential building. The apartment overlooks the courtyard and is situated in a quiet area, with its own parking space. It is close to public transport (tram, bus), and street parking is free.
The apartment is 56 m², with one and a half rooms, an American-style kitchen, and a terrace of about 10 m². There is a separate toilet, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin.
We provide each guest with 2 towels. For longer stays, replenishment of toiletries, clean bed linen and towels, and optional cleaning services can be requested, usually free of charge.
The apartment is equipped with: air conditioning in every room, a fan, washing machine, microwave oven, gas stove, kettle, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine with capsules provided, instant coffee, tea, fridge with freezer, smart TV in both rooms, hairdryer, toaster, dining table with 6 chairs, 4 chairs and a small table on the terrace, tableware for 6 people, cookware, basic spices, iron, ironing board, and washing machine. Each guest is provided with 2 towels, as well as soap, shower gel, laundry detergent, and fabric softener.
Parking is available on the street free of charge, and free parking is also available in the courtyard.
