Bonita Bistro’s story began in the late 1980s in Békéscsaba, where we first won over our guests with Turkish-inspired dishes. Since then, Mediterranean cuisine, especially Italian pizza and pasta has become our main focus at several locations across Hungary. Our pizzas are handmade according to Neapolitan traditions, using high-quality DOP ingredients. We offer pasta from Italian artisan producers, as well as our own fresh homemade pasta.
Authentic flavors are especially important to us, which is why we studied not only in Italy but also in France inspiring dishes such as our mussel specialties and homemade Crème Brûlée.
