Many Hungarian zoos are waiting for visitors to the Night at the Zoo program, and of course the Szeged Zoo is also part of the national program. According to tradition, the event takes place every year on the last Friday evening of August.

Evening programs have been held at the Szeged Zoo for a long time, but the the Night at the Zoo is a highlight among the annual events, attracting many to enjoy a special experience offered by the colorful programs and the atmosphere of the zoo in darkness.

Exciting games at several locations within the zoo are waiting for both children and adults. Of course, animal-themed programs, such as the evening feeding of wild animals, are also not to be missed.
