In 2024 Szeged had the honor of hosting the last international competition before the Paris Olympics. Now we have the privilege of hosting the first international event of the upcoming Olympic cycle at the legendary Maty-ér (National Kayak-Canoe and Rowing Olympic Centre) in the City of Sunshine. We could say that our city is where canoeing enters the starting gate on its journey toward Los Angeles.

In May 2025 the world’s best kayakers and canoeists will meet in Szeged for another world-class event. We warmly invite everyone to join us for the ICF Canoe Sprint World Cup 2025.
