For the Night of the Zoos program, numerous zoos across Hungary welcome visitors, and the Szeged Zoo is, of course, part of this nationwide event. In keeping with tradition, the event will take place on the last Friday evening of August.

The zoo has long hosted evening programs, but the nationwide Night of the Zoos is one of the highlights of the annual calendar, attracting many visitors who want to experience a truly special atmosphere — the zoo cloaked in darkness and the variety of colorful programs on offer.

Across the zoo grounds, multiple locations will host exciting games and activities for both children and adults. Of course, popular animal programs will not be missing either, including the evening feeding of the wild animals.
