The House of Spiritual Exercises of the Diocese of Szeged-Csanád opened its doors in 1992 and since then has been welcoming its residents who want to camp, those who come for spiritual exercises, quiet time, or participants of family and company events all year round.
Our house for spiritual practice is located 10 km from downtown Szeged, next to and under the protection of the Zöldfás Szent István Király Temple. It’s a great location for those who want to recharge their batteries in the embrace of nature, away from the noise of the city, or even have lifelong experiences.
Thanks to the facilities of the institution, all our guests can choose from among our forms of accommodation according to their needs. We can accommodate a total of 129 people.

2 rooms for 1 person (private bathroom + shower)
Szent Imre House (outbuilding)
1 16-person dormitory + 1 14-person dormitory (shared bathroom + shower)
1 room for 1 person (shared bathroom + shower)
12 cottages for 4 people in the park (shared women’s/men’s washroom + shower)
It’s not just the opportunity to relax with us, as our guests are also provided with three meals a day.
Our event halls with a large capacity play an outstanding role in the successful implementation of many events, be it a community program with a small number of people or even more than a hundred people.
Our goal and mission is to serve our guests satisfying all their needs and to create a family atmosphere. We deal flexibly with various inquiries and requests and try to meet them.
