Emmarozs artisan sourdough bakery, café and bistro
– locally baked artisan breads, pastries, divine sandwiches, pies, cookies, excellent coffee.

They make their products in their open workshop in Szeged using a traditional, sourdough process, with long maturation, without additives, and in many cases from organic ingredients. The basic French peasant bread – pain de campagne – is available every day, in addition to whole grain – wheat, rye, spelt, emmer, kamut – breads are made.
We are waiting for you from 7 am with our crispy “la tradition” baguette, and our pastries made with premium French butter: butter croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes, savory rolls, cruffins.
They regularly offer specialties such as main de Nice, a southern French bread generously blessed with artisanal olive oil, rugbrød, the famous Danish seeded rye bread, or the Portuguese basket, pastel de nata.
They undertake full catering services for their business partners, including preparations, breakfasts, workshops, and presentations, with premium sandwiches and desserts.
