Zoltán Kodály taught that it is important to learn and teach singing and music from an early age. According to the Heritage National Children and Youth Folk Arts Association, teaching children to play, dance and learn rhythm is also essential and important for their physical, spiritual and social development.

In order to practice and apply this in real life, the Heritage National Children and Youth Folk Arts Association is supporting the 32nd National Children and Youth Folk Dance Festival.
